DUAL Ireland win the Brokers Ireland Service Excellence Award 2022

We are delighted to have won The Brokers Ireland Personal Lines Service Excellence Award 2022. The newly established Broker Expert Awards celebrate the work, contribution, achievements, and success of the Irish broker community. 

The Excellence Awards are based on the views of Brokers Ireland members, covering their experiences of insurance providers across a range of facets including product pricing, broker support and technical co-operation. At DUAL Ireland, we believe that we excel in providing a bespoke and high quality service. We have a long standing reputation for underwriting expertise and technical knowledge in high net worth home and motor, and legal indemnity insurance solutions. It is an honour that our expertise and bespoke services have been recognised widely within the insurance industry and we are thrilled to accept this prestigious award. Only three companies won awards in the General Insurance category for 2022 – DUAL, AXA and Hiscox. Personal Lines is the largest market segment and for a smaller, specialist company like DUAL to come out on top and win this award, is a fantastic achievement for all of the team in DUAL Ireland.
