COVID-19 Update
Following An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar’s St. Patrick’s Day broadcast yesterday evening, it appears that the Covid-19 emergency may well go on for quite a number of months, and that the Irish healthcare system “needs us to do the right things in the weeks ahead…”.
It’s clear now that this extraordinary situation is likely to be with us for some time and all of us will be making changes to our daily working lives. In this context, we wanted to reassure you that DUAL Ireland has a robust business continuity plan that means we are confident that we can continue to provide our thousands of Irish clients and their brokers with our usual high level of service.
Our IT, telephony and network capabilities have been developed to support smart working, and our collaborative remote working tools such as Skype for Business are designed to keep us in touch whenever you need us. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange a Skype meeting.
As an international group, we have operations, clients and partners in countries around the world, where both the virus itself and the various government responses to it are at different stages of development. Many of our international offices have been dealing with this issue for some time whilst continuing to support our clients and brokers.
For convenience, we’ve listed some mobile numbers below as well as our main contact details. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our priority is to ensure that we continue to support you in maintaining and growing your business.
